Vk222 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the vk222 platform (https://vk222.my) and any associated services. By registering with vk222 or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Vk222 is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms are published in both Bangla and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

The following conditions must be met to open a valid account on vk222:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited.
• Once registration is complete, the member is fully responsible for all activity on their account.

Vk222 conducts its KYC (Know Your Customer) process in accordance with international licensing regulations. The following documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal and at any other time upon request by vk222:

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. vk222 reserves the right to reject any document and to request additional documentation.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200
• Deposits are credited instantly or within 30 minutes of completion. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Only deposits made from a payment method registered in the member's own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• No processing fee is charged on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳300
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit for regular members: ৳50,000. This limit is significantly higher for Diamond VIP members.
• No withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of submission. Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• vk222 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

The following rules apply when placing bets on vk222:

• Minimum Bet: Sports ৳20, Slots ৳10 Per spin.
• Once a bet is placed and the match has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out option is used.
• vk222 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or technical issue. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.
• The outcome of an event is determined based on announcements from official sources or the relevant sports authority.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled timeframe — bets will be settled according to the rules of the specific market (see FAQ below for details).
• Placing bets across multiple accounts on the same event to gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

All bonuses and promotional offers at vk222 are governed by the general terms below. Each offer may also have its own specific terms, which are detailed on the voucher page.

• Each voucher code or bonus offer can only be used once per account, unless stated otherwise as "repeatable".
• Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the required turnover is met. All bets counted toward turnover must have minimum odds of 1.50 or above.
• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only. The code must be applied before making the deposit — it cannot be added afterwards.
• If a free bet wins, only the profit portion may be cashed out — the original free bet stake will be deducted.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• vk222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Vk222 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting arbitrage betting or hacking the system.
• Registering while under 18 years of age, or operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If an account is legitimately closed, any verifiable balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. In cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Vk222 operates an active anti-fraud system. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action upon detection:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's details.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to bet or play games.
• Deliberately exploiting any system bug or glitch. If detected, all winnings derived from such transactions will be voided.
• Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Placing bets using insider information about the outcome of an event before it is publicly known.

• Member information is never shared with third parties without consent — except where required by law or a licensing regulatory authority.
• KYC documents are stored on secure servers and used solely for the verification process.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings.

• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account is strictly prohibited.

If the issue is not resolved at the support level, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority. For all bets and game outcomes on vk222, the system logs and records are considered the final and definitive evidence.

Vk222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any term, you have the option to close your account.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable under international law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
